This pieces is made of silicone rubber and thread. Each piece is hand dyed, sculpted, assembled, and hand sewn. I have been creating work that allows me to explore my understanding of my background, race, and ways to keep my Korean heritage part of my life. This series of work is inspired by "pogaji", korean traditional quilts and textiles.
